As a Business Development Manager your responsibilities will be:

• Manage and grow the B2B corporate client portfolio by selling custom in-house training, public seminars, e-learning slots, and corporate academies
• Focus 60% of the role on business development, utilizing lead generation and cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to present educational solutions to C-level executives
• Dedicate 40% of the role to account management, nurturing existing corporate relationships and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling strategies
• Apply a consultative selling approach to understand client business needs and skills gaps in order to propose the most relevant educational products
• Track the sales pipeline and update activities within the CRM system to consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager position is a professional with:

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate training sales, or consultative business development
• Strong track record in lead generation, cold outreach, and confidently presenting to C-level executives
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to manage key accounts effectively
• Ability to understand client business needs, identify skills gaps, and propose custom educational solutions
• Familiarity with using CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline and track performance targets
• Fluency in both Greek and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to articulate how training programs deliver a clear return on investment (ROI)
• High level of persistence, drive, and a positive attitude when navigating rejections and overcoming sales challenges
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on truly listening to client pain points before proposing the right solutions

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
