As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:  

• Identifies and converts high-quality leads, managing the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and target definition to negotiation and contract closure
• Designs and executes tailored account plans based on a deep understanding of each client's technical ecosystem, growth objectives, and competitive landscape
• Serves as the primary, trusted point of contact for assigned key accounts, cultivating strong, long-lasting executive relationships
• Maximizes existing account value and drives client retention through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives
• Monitors pipeline health, analyzes sales performance metrics, and delivers accurate revenue forecasting to guide business decisions

The ideal candidate for the position of the Account Manager, will be expected to possess the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or certifications are a plus)
• Strong understanding of IT solutions and market needs
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage complex sales cycles
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A proactive, consultative approach and a strong results-driven mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within IT Solutions
