Key Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and issue customer and supplier invoices or credit notes in the ERP system.
• Prepare Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records, including expense accruals.
• Partner with the AP/AR Supervisor and Treasury to prepare payment runs.
• Ensure strict adherence to accounting policies and VAT rules, and maintain accurate vendor/customer master files.
• Support the broader accounting department with various ad-hoc financial tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on ERP experience (Business Central preferred) and advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Solid understanding of standard accounting principles and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical team player who can adapt easily to shifting priorities.
