The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for:

• Support the processing and recording of supplier and customer invoices.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized accounting records and documentation.
• Support the preparation of payment runs and monitoring of incoming payments.
• Assist with the follow-up of outstanding invoices and vendor inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and policies.

The ideal candidate for this Accounting Assistant position should have:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems will be considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Previous experience in accounting support or bookkeeping will be considered an advantage.
