key responsibilities
As an Area Sales Advisor in this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing and strategically developing your assigned sales territory within the Attica region.
- Nurturing and strengthening long-term relationships of trust with the company's existing B2B customer base.
- Identifying, approaching, and securing new business opportunities (B2B client acquisition) to expand market share.
- Executing and aligning field operations with Yum Tales' commercial strategy and brand values.
- Consistently achieving monthly sales, product distribution, and profitability targets.
- Designing tailored growth plans and utilizing menu engineering to drive upselling opportunities for your partners.
- Successfully launching new products and rolling out innovative promotional campaigns across the territory.
qualifications
The ideal candidate for the position of Area Sales Advisor will be expected to possess the following:
- Proven experience in B2B Sales (Experience within coffee, beverages, foodservice or FMCG will be considered a strong advantage)
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field will be considered a strong asset
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of both the Greek and English languages

- Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Passion for cafés, hospitality and specialty coffee.
- Ability to organize territory efficiently.
