4+ years of experience in automation and manual QA. 

• Test Leadership & Strategy: Lead SIT planning and execution for large transformation programs, managing cross-module dependencies and defect triage.
• Test Automation & Event-Driven Testing: Optimize regression frameworks through strong automation testing and oversee testing for Event-Driven Architectures (Kafka/Event Streams).
• UAT & Stakeholder Coordination: Provide strong UAT coordination and business support, liaising effectively with Architecture, Development, Business, and Vendor teams.
• AI & Innovation Adoption: Drive the practical adoption of GenAI for test design, analysis, reporting, and overall productivity improvements

• Technical Knowledge: Hands-on automation experience, event-driven architecture testing, and familiarity with Quality Engineering frameworks. 
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with Microservices, Kubernetes, Istio, Orchestration/Workflow testing, or Security/Authorization testing.
• Communication & Leadership: Proficient in English and Greek with strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and technical conflict-resolution skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
