    What you’ll be doing:

    • Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for complex monitoring, control, and data-dense web or desktop applications.
    • Translate complex, real-time data and workflows into clean, actionable visual structures and interaction models.
    • Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems for long-lifecycle platforms.
    • Apply Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and usability best practices tailored for fast-paced, high-information environments.
    • Participate in user feedback sessions, usability evaluations, and continuous iterative design improvements.

  • προσόντα

    What we’re looking for:

    • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for complex, data-dense, or technical systems (e.g., enterprise dashboards, control panels, monitoring tools).
    • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Strong expertise in usability principles, information architecture, and design systems.
    • High proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
    • Excellent communication skills to explain and defend design decisions to cross-functional engineering teams.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within structured development processes.
    • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
