κύριες αρμοδιότητες
The key responsibilities of the Supply Chain specialist include:
- Demand & Planning Collaboration: Partner closely with the Central Planning Team by providing weekly updates on demand forecasts, market trends, and forecast deviations. Serve as a reliable backup for the Demand Planner.
- Lifecycle Management (PIPO): Manage Phase-In and Phase-Out (PIPO) activities to ensure seamless new product introductions and smooth discontinuations while minimizing inventory risks.
- KPI Tracking & Forecasting Accuracy: Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve forecast accuracy by tracking key company metrics, identifying root causes of variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present clear planning reports and performance analyses to support both operational execution and strategic decision-making.
- Master Data Governance: Oversee SKU and Customer master data creation and ongoing system maintenance to maintain pristine database integrity.
- Systems & Platform Administration: Manage user accounts, setup, and maintenance across critical platforms (EDI / TP2 / Archer).
- Project & Commercial Support: Provide hands-on supply chain support for strategic new projects, business tenders, and the preparation/verification of secondary Freight & Warehousing (F&W) processes.
προσόντα
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP (MM/PP/SD modules) or enterprise demand planning software; familiarity with EDI systems, TP2, or Archer platforms is a major plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for seamless collaboration with multinational teams and central planners.
