As an Office Receptionist, some of your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Act as the main point of contact by answering, directing, routing calls, and taking detailed messages.
• Record all incoming mail in the computer system, distribute it accordingly, and manage daily international courier bookings.
• Clear and maintain meeting rooms to ensure they are always presentable, and oversee basic office provisions/supplies.
• Assist with general registration queries and the processing of publications as required.
• Perform general secretarial duties for the Regional Director, assist with monthly expense processing, and maintain an organized filing system for corporate and accounting records.

The ideal candidate for this Office Receptionist position should possess:

• University/College degree
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• Fluency in both Greek & English
