As a Nordic-Speaking Insurance Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming calls, chats, and emails in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) with professionalism and empathy
• Assisting customers with device protection plans (claim submissions, plan modifications, cancellations, and status updates)
• Providing information regarding coverage details, service options, and cross-selling opportunities
• Logging all customer interactions in the system and escalating complex claims when necessary

For this Nordic-Speaking Insurance Advisor position, you need to possess the following qualifications:​

• Excellent command in one of the following languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish)
• Adequacy in English (training is provided in English)
• Computer literacy and comfort navigating digital platforms

• Communication and listening skills
• High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
• Client-centric mindset

No prior experience in a similar role is required.
