The Maintenance Manager will have the following duties:

• Organize and coordinate all functions of the technical department
• Control and ensure the availability of equipment for maximum productivity
• Study of facilities and making suggestions for improvements
• Plan, supervise and control maintenance procedures
• Monitor maintenance contracts and records
• Implement training for the operation and maintenance of equipment
• Lead and supervise the technical department team
• Participate in licensing procedures and maintain files and books
• Prepare budgets and control resource consumption

For the position of Maintenance Manager you need to have:

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation Engineer or related specialty will be appreciated
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position in the food industry
• Experience in team management
• Very good knowledge of English and Greek (written and spoken)
• Excellent use of MS Office
• Leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Methodology, consistency and attention to detail
• Focus on results
• Teamwork and time management skills
