Key Responsibilities for this HR Generalist include:
- Prepare, compile, and submit payroll data to the external payroll provider, ensuring accurate validation, audits, and control of monthly payouts
- Act as the dedicated HRBP for all blue-collar departments, maintaining open communication lines, resolving workforce issues, and aligning operational needs with HR strategy
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment for operational, technical, and industrial site positions
- Oversee employee benefits programs and perks, ensuring seamless administration and support for frontline staff
- Coordinate performance review processes, facilitate goal-setting, and assist site managers with workforce evaluation and development
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for the HR Generalist position should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Products

- Proven ability to successfully provide relevant and immediate feedback in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
