κύριες αρμοδιότητες
Your key responsibilities as a Finance Manager will be:
- Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Support group consolidation and IFRS reporting
- Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Greek GAAP and IFRS
- Manage tax filings
- Coordinate with auditors and external accounting advisors
- Maintain strong internal control
- Treasury & Cash Management
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships
- Systems & Processes
- Work with ERP systems (SAP is a strong plus)
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making
- Work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
προσόντα
To be an ideal candidate for this Finance Manager role you should have:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA or equivalent) is a plus
- 7–10 years in similar finance/accounting roles
- Experience in financial controlling or finance management
- A class signature right
- Background in multinational environments preferred
- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Greek GAAP
- Exposure to IFRS and group consolidations
- Signature authority experience
- Solid understanding of tax and VAT regulations
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
