As an assistant finance manager your responsibilities will include:

• Lead annual budgeting, monitor departmental P&L, perform variance analyses, and optimize product profitability 
• Manage invoicing, collection follow-ups, revenue forecasting, and member account tracking.
• Oversee agreements with members and industry partners, ensure fulfillment of contractual milestones, track renewals, and manage risks.
• Produce six-month member value reports, track campaign performance, analyze ROI/KPIs, and report financial results to management.
• Collaborate with the CEO on member/partner relations, prepare business cases and presentations, and assist in recruiting new members.
• Maintain and update documents (reports, policies, newsletters) within the portal.

In order for your profile to match the assistant finance manager, you need to have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in finance, commercial analysis, contract administration, or membership/account management.
• Budgeting & P&L management, financial reporting, contract administration, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced MS Excel, CRM/ERP systems, and data reporting tools.
