As a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Support Bankers in developing client relationships and enhancing profitability. You will independently manage day-to-day operations and drive the preparation and monitoring of the Client Action Plan.
• Manage your own portfolio of client relationships, collaborating with a Managing Director on more complex or strategic transactions.
• Monitor overall risks and the credit process for a portfolio comprising Pilot Groups and Multinational Corporations (MNCs). You will conduct independent risk analyses, form a clear view of creditworthiness, and present your assessments to the Risk Management department.
• Oversee KYC (Know Your Customer) and ESG processes for your portfolio, working closely with specialized internal teams (DDT, CSR, etc.). You will demonstrate high autonomy in completing Onboarding and Recertification tasks seamlessly.
• Serve as a reference and escalation point for junior team members, positively influencing decision-making. You will take initiative to solve complex problems creatively, prioritize workloads effectively, and build strong cross-functional internal relationships.

The ideal candidate for the position will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA or CFA/FRM certification is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with the internal mechanisms and procedures of large international banking networks  or a proven ability to learn and adapt rapidly.
• Fluency in both Greek and English (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
• Strong commercial instinct (business-minded) paired with a sharp awareness of risk.
