As our Senior Application Architect, you will own the architectural vision and guide cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable integration solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Architecture Vision & Governance: Define and govern platform architecture, design standards, and the target-state integration architecture vision. 
• Security & Auth Standards: Establish robust standards for Authentication and Authorization (RBAC, SSO/IdP), security, audit trails, and fallback behaviors. 
• DevSecOps & Environment Strategy: Oversee DevSecOps pipeline design (CI/CD, deployment automation), environment strategies, and secure integration sign-offs. 
• Technical Oversight: Provide architecture governance during SIT, NFRT, and UAT phases while leading production deployment planning. 
• Team Leadership & Liaison: Delegate detailed integration design artefacts to Integration Architects, mentor development teams, and act as the primary liaison with client enterprise architecture teams.

To succeed in this senior-level role, you should possess a deep foundation in solution architecture along with strong leadership capabilities. We are looking for: 

• Senior Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in solution/application architecture, specifically driving end-to-end integration architecture within banking or financial services. 
• Integration Expertise: Proven mastery of integration design patterns, including API-led, event-driven, and orchestration architectures. 
• Banking Domain & Governance: Strong familiarity with core banking systems, architecture governance, review board facilitation, and producing sign-off artefacts. 
• Education & Languages: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with full fluency in both English and Greek. 
• Soft Skills: Exceptional decision-making, ability to resolve technical conflicts under pressure, and strong leadership to guide client and internal stakeholders. 
• Nice-to-have / Preferred

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give your application a strong advantage:

• Prior experience interfacing directly with enterprise-level client architecture boards. 
• Proven track record of mentoring junior and mid-level integration architects.
