Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, unit test, and perform System Testing (ST) for robust API services, orchestration flows, and integration adapters.
• Implement data-transformation templates and API payload handlers while actively contributing to CI/CD pipeline automation and deployment scripts.
• Assist in environment provisioning and developer onboarding processes.
• Create and execute test automation scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) and performance testing.
• Analyze and resolve complex integration defects during SIT, NFRT, UAT, and Hypercare phases.
• Provide warranty-period support and incident resolution for integration components when required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in application and software development.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages (Java, Python, or Node.js).
• Demonstrated experience in REST API service development, API Gateway integration patterns, and payload handling (JSON / XML).
• Solid understanding of integration middleware, unit testing, and automated test scripting.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control using Git (including branching strategies).
• Familiarity with containerization basics (Docker), performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling), and observability/logging tools (APM basics).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude, debug skills, and an ownership mindset.
• Fulfilled military obligations (for male applicants, where applicable).

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with core banking system integrations.
• Awareness of DevSecOps practices and embedding security within CI/CD pipelines.
