As a Trade Merchandizing Associate, you will:

• Support the implementation and monitoring of permanent merchandising and visibility solutions across traditional and non-traditional channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and maximizing visibility impact at POS.
• Coordinate the production, placement, installation, and maintenance of merchandising materials and permanent constructions, while ensuring compliance with company standards and agreed timelines.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor execution quality, collect market insights, and track competitive visibility activities, contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation of POS visibility solutions.
• Support the execution and follow-up of the annual visibility program, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with all involved stakeholders.
• Maintain day-to-day communication with suppliers and agencies to monitor activities' progress, secure timely deliverables, and ensure alignment with agreed KPIs and quality standards.
• Support reporting, documentation, and administrative processes related to merchandising activities, including budget tracking, timelines, and operational follow-up.  

The ideal candidate should possess:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Merchandising, or Commercial functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Fluency in both Greek and English

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactivity,  working independently and setting priorities in your area of responsibility

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
