As a Telesales Agent your responsibilities include:
- making outbound calls to existing customers for follow ups or sales activities
- making outbound calls to verificate customers (KYC)
- providing information about products and services
- managing complaints and troubleshooting issues
- building and maintaining customer loyalty
- keeping updated customer's records
qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Telesales Agent role holds the following requirements:
- professional attitude and customer-centric approach
- computer literacy and tech-savviness
- fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
- team oriented with multi-tasking abilities
- desired experience in telesales within a fast-paced environment
