key responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Technician Engineering Operations include:
- You'll perform both preventative and corrective maintenance on a wide range of pharmaceutical production and packaging equipment.
- When equipment malfunctions, you'll be the first on the scene, using your technical expertise, you'll diagnose problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- You'll work closely with the production teams to ensure all equipment is ready for use, and you'll provide technical support during manufacturing runs.
- You'll be responsible for performing all duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and strict safety protocols, EHS, Quality and Compliance rules and standards.
- Communicate and collaborate with external contractors supporting maintenance & calibration activities of equipment.
qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
- Experience working in CAD/CAM systems, SAP is a plus.
- Process Automation technical skills (i.e., PLC/SCADA) is a plus.
