As a Tech Lead (Java), you will join an innovative team of Software Engineers and take a leading role in delivering scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions. This role focuses on overseeing and collaborating with external partners on the daily workflow, ensuring the successful implementation of Java-based solutions, rather than direct Java coding. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver systems that support the organization’s strategic goals. More specifically, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of Java-based systems
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure effective technical solutions
• Participate in architecture decisions, technical documentation, and project planning
• Evaluate and translate business requirements into robust technical designs
• Provide technical guidance and promote engineering best practices
• Ensure the quality, security, and maintainability of developed software

 In order for your experience to match this exciting position, you need to have the following:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Java software engineering roles
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and clean architecture
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services
• Working knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Team-oriented approach with excellent collaboration skills
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure
• Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Mentoring mindset and ability to support junior engineers
