key responsibilities
As the Communications & Teams Assistant, your duties will be split between reception/office management and digital communications:
- Reception & Client Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for the firm, welcoming clients, managing the phone system, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the legal team, manage office supplies, and ensure the reception area and common spaces are well-maintained.
- Internal Communications: Support the legal team with general administrative tasks, document coordination, and maintaining clear communication flow within the office.
- Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and post engaging content for the firm's social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook), ensuring all communication aligns with the firm's professional brand and legal compliance standards.
- Digital Presence: Assist with updating the firm’s website content and managing email newsletters or client communications.
qualifications
The ideal candidate for this pivotal role will possess:
- Proven experience in a reception, administrative, or communications-focused role.
- Familiarity with managing professional social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- A professional and engaging demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
