The key responsibilities of the Shift Supervisor are:

• Supervision and assurance of the uninterrupted production of the factory's products, according to the respective schedule.
• Overseeing the completion of the machine maintenance plan within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Supervision and assurance of the implementation of health and safety regulations.
• Management and coordination of departmental staff.
• Participation in projects aimed at improving production processes and machinery.
• Participation in interdepartmental projects.

The required qualifications for this Shift Supervisor position are:

• Degree from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI) in Mechanical Engineering or another Technical School (or equivalent qualification).
• Previous work experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of English will be considered a plus.
• Computer literacy (MS Office) will be considered a plus.
• Consistency and accountability regarding safety issues.
• Management/Supervisory skills.
• Ability to work shifts.
