The Senior Technical Trainer will have the following responsibilities:

• Develops and delivers technical training programs for customers, partners and internal staff, both in-person and online.
• Prepares and updates all relevant training materials and documentation, ensuring alignment with current products, technologies, and industry standards.
• Plans and executes the annual vocational education program for adults, acting as a lead instructor.
• Analyzes learning needs and identifies skill gaps within target groups.
• Evaluates training effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and learning assessments and proposes and implements improvements to enhance learning outcomes and participant engagement.
• Provides expert technical support to customers in Greece and abroad, assisting with system implementation and troubleshooting.
• Acts as a technical consultant for production organizations and supports client-specific requests with tailored advice.
• Monitors industry developments and gathers relevant updates to keep training content current and shares knowledge within the team, to foster team expertise and promote continuous learning.
• Manages the procurement, availability, and distribution of training materials and tools.
• Controls and maintains the educational warehouse, ensuring proper inventory levels and readiness for all training sessions. 

The suitable candidate for the Senior Technical Trainer position must possess the following:

• BSc degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferrable in the aluminium industry
• Experience as a trainer is considered a strong plus
• PC literacy
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Ability to travel

• Ability to think adaptively and flexibly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills with expertise in managing teams and multiple tasks
• Effective time management and project coordination skills
• Energetic, proactive, highly motivated, and passionate approach
• Goal-focused and self-motivated mindset
