What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure the smooth operation, proactive monitoring, and troubleshooting of the company’s infrastructure (servers, storage, networking).  
• Evaluate, design, and implement new systems, services, and infrastructure upgrades.  
• Perform regular security reviews, patching, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure audits.  
• Maintain system backups and data integrity across all IT-related content (documents, databases, logs).  
• Act as an escalation point for complex production incidents, leading thorough root-cause analysis.  
• Manage clustered, high-availability environments and oversee disaster recovery planning and execution.  
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, system diagrams, and manage infrastructure-related vendor contracts and licenses

What we’re looking for in a System Administrator:

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  
• 5+  years of solid experience in a systems administration or infrastructure role.  
• Advanced knowledge in installing, configuring, and deploying Linux Operating Systems (CentOS, Ubuntu) and Web/Application Servers (Apache, Tomcat).  
• Advanced knowledge of VMware Virtualization (vSphere, vCenter Server).  
• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Group Policies).  
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, and Firewall Administration.  
• Experience with SAN Storage Device Administration (Dell, EMC, HP) and Unix Shell Scripting.  
• Familiarity with Enterprise Backup Tools and Avaya Call Center Administration is highly desirable.  
• Excellent command of the English language.  
• Fulfilled military obligations, where applicable.

5+  years of solid experience in a systems administration or infrastructure role.
