As a Senior RA Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership role for Regulatory team
• Responsible for line management of Regulatory team providing guidance andsupport for EU and Non-EU countries
• Key Regulatory contact for the organization and the partners
• Provide strategic vision and leadership to define and implement globalharmonized Regulatory processes and technologies to support businessobjectives in EU affiliates and Non-EU as local MAH 
• Analyzing and monitoring activities – reviewing completed cases to verifyaccuracy, consistency and compliance with all requirements;
• Keeping knowledge of corporate policies and local regulations, guidelines andSOPs up to date as well as data entry conventions
• Participate in HA inspections and/or audits initiated by the MAHs
• Ensure and manage the implementation of local DHPCs in accordance withinstructions provided by the MAHs and the local requirements
•  Review and updates agreements with partners and sub-contractors

The ideal candidate for the position of Senior RA Manager role will be expected to possess the following:

• Degree or certificate of one of the following fields: chemistry, biochemistry,biology, pharmacy, medicine
• More than 10 years of experience within Regulatory for EU and Non-EUcountries
• Strong leadership skills 
• Substantial experience working with external teams to support businessdevelopment efforts is highly preferred
• Proven ability in implementing processes and procedures in support ofimproving Regulatory systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacovigilance concepts, including nationaland global regulations and guidelines; advanced computer skills
• Proven ability in excellent organization and time management;
• Good communication and writing skills in Greek and English.
