key responsibilities
What will your mission involve?
- Strategic Evolution: Lead the "productization" journey, turning bespoke internal AI projects into repeatable, market-ready software assets.
- Vision & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, defining what is core functionality versus custom logic to ensure long-term scalability.
- Technical Translation: Act as the vital link between engineering excellence and commercial viability, translating complex AI capabilities into clear customer value.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Shape the positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies while driving the creation of high-impact GTM assets like pitch decks and demos.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Align internal delivery teams with external market needs, ensuring engineering efforts result in validated, high-demand products.
qualifications
Do you have the professional arsenal required?
- Experience Blueprint: 5+ years in B2B Product Management, specifically within SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI/data-driven environments.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in taking a technical concept from an internal solution to a successful external launch.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep comfort working alongside engineers to define requirements for complex AI/ML and autonomous technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to navigate long buying cycles and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in highly regulated markets.
- Industry Edge: Prior experience in the defense or aerospace sectors (NATO/EU ecosystems) is highly desirable and will be prioritized.
