As a Senior Cost Estimator your key responsibilities will be:

• Design and implement internal pricing procedures and structured costing frameworks.
• Develop and maintain a central price-tracking system to ensure data consistency across all bids.
• Streamline the cost-flow process by leveraging and expanding our existing partner and vendor database.
• Work in direct synergy with the Tendering Department to ensure technical and financial accuracy.
• Personally build the databases and structures required for the department’s long-term success.
• Execute detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates specifically for Infrastructure and Civil Engineering projects.
• Analyze blueprints and technical documents to prepare comprehensive budget estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes, ensuring they align with technical specifications.
• Establish "should-cost" models to provide the company with a competitive edge during tenders.
• Monitor market trends and material price fluctuations to maintain an up-to-date cost library.

For this Senior Cost Estimator role you will need:

• University Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven track record in cost estimation for large-scale Infrastructure/Technical projects.
• Expert-level command of costing software and a "hands-on" approach to data management.
• Ability to create structures and processes from scratch.
• Professional maturity and the ability to organize a department are essential.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
