As a Senior Clinical & Product Specialist you will:

• Act as the subject matter expert during the sales cycle, providing "deep-dive" technical presentations and clinical demonstrations to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and hospital boards
• Support the Key Account Managers (KAMs) by answering complex technical queries, handling objections related to system specifications, and reinforcing the value proposition of the imaging portfolio
• Showcase and explain the benefits of AI-driven tools within the imaging systems, demonstrating how they improve clinical outcomes and efficiency
• Identify key trends and competitor movements in the imaging sector to help the team refine its negotiation strategies and business development approach
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Radiologists, Cardiologists, and Medical Physicists, ensuring they understand the full potential of the equipment
• Work closely with the service and application teams to ensure a seamless transition from the closing of a deal to the final installation and clinical training
• Utilize CRM tools to track project progress, maintain accurate data on client interactions, and provide feedback to the regional/international management teams

The ideal candidate for the Senior Clinical & Product Specialist position is a professional with:

• University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related scientific field. 
• An MBA or a MSc in Medical Physics is considered a significant asset
• Deep understanding of clinical applications and a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) in medical diagnostics
• Proven track record in the Greek healthcare market (Private Groups and Public Hospitals) and familiarity with procurement/tender processes
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools for departmental reporting
• Fluency in English is mandatory for international collaboration and training
• A results-oriented approach with the ability to measure key metrics, derive insights, and iterate strategies quickly
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Willing for travelling

• Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to influence high-level stakeholders and medical professionals
• Strong communication skills

• Minimum of 7–10 years in the Medical Imaging industry
