Are you a results-driven senior associate with a strong background in the Financial Services sector?

In this role, the successful senior associate will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, operational teams, and technical units.

As a senior associate, your primary focus will be leading end-to-end delivery, tracking key milestones, and driving the implementation and optimization of card-related systems and payment processes.

In compliance with pay transparency and equal treatment obligations (Greek Law 5316/2026 & EU Directive 2023/970), the applicable salary range for this position will be communicated to candidates invited for an assessment interview, prior to its conduction.

key responsibilities
The responsibilities of the senior associate will be the following:
- Support the planning, execution, coordination, and end-to-end monitoring of projects.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, cross-functional dependencies, and potential risks.
- Prepare high-quality management presentations, progress reports, and briefing materials for steering committees and executive leadership.
- Facilitate seamless cross-functional communication between project teams, key stakeholders, and external clients to ensure flawless delivery.
- Organize and run interactive workshops, status meetings, and follow up on actionable outcomes.
- Assist in business analysis activities, functional requirements gathering, and process mapping.
qualifications
The ideal candidate for the position of senior associate should have:
- 3–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven track record in Project Management, PMO Support, or Business Transformation within the banking or financial services sector.
- Prior experience within the banking or broader financial services sector will be considered a distinct advantage.
