As a Senior Architect your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the architectural design and study process for new multi-story residential buildings.
• Taking full ownership of the end-to-end process for issuing electronic building permits (e-Adeies) via the TEE portal.
• Preparing, submitting, and skillfully managing all documentation for architectural and archaeological committees.
• Ensuring all designs are in absolute compliance with the New Building Regulation (NOK/GOK), applying your deep knowledge of the specific, complex regulations of the Athens city center.
• Utilizing your professional license to review, validate, and sign off on all architectural studies.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations effectively.
• Producing and overseeing the creation of high-quality technical drawings in AutoCAD.
• Coordinating closely with our internal team and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Architect position should possess: 

• Degree in Architecture.
• Master’s degree in a related field will be considered a strong asset.
• Valid professional license to practice as an architect.
• 8-10  years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with building projects located in the center of Athens & a deep understanding of its unique urban planning regulations is a must have skill.
• Strong portfolio (which will be requested during the process) that clearly showcases completed apartment buildings.
• Excellent, in-depth knowledge of Greek building codes (NOK/GOK).
• Proven, deep experience with the TEE e-Adeies process and managing submissions to architectural/archaeological committees.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD and/or REVIT.
• Knowledge of photorealistic rendering or virtual video production.
• Client-facing approach with a desire for a long-term, stable cooperation.
