Your duties as a Senior Accounts Payable & Receivable accountant in this company will be to:

• Leading and overseeing the entire AP & AR cycle, including payment scheduling, invoicing, and complex reconciliations.
• Managing credit control, credit risk management, and overall collection strategies.
• Ensuring full corporate tax compliance, overseeing VAT administration, and acting as the main point of contact for tax authorities.
• Implementing financial policies, managing risks, optimizing internal controls, and leading internal/external audit coordination.
• Managing full payroll accounting, including entry reconciliations, accruals calculation, and monthly GL journal entries.
• Overseeing payroll liability accounts, completing remittances, and submitting GL reports.
• Reviewing, approving, and finalizing all payments and remittances to government and benefit carriers.

In order for your profile to match the Senior Accounts Payable & Receivable accountant, you need to have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (a Master’s degree or professional qualification will be considered an asset).
• 4–6+ years of proven experience in an accounting department, with focus on full-cycle AP/AR management.
• Fluency in English (C1/C2 level - Excellent spoken and written business communication skills required).
• Advanced understanding of complex accounting principles, tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax), and internal audit controls.
• High proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel skills, e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas) and extensive experience with ERP accounting software (e.g., SoftOne, SAP, etc.).
• Exceptional analytical thinking, high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and optimize financial workflows.

• 4–6+ years of proven experience in an accounting department, with focus on full-cycle AP/A
