As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage the creation and implementation of digital marketing branded projects, acting as the key liaison between clients and team members. You must be confident in interacting with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally. 

The ideal candidate is expected to possess:

• Own and manage the day-to-day processes of client projects, while maintaining project timelines, deadlines, and taking ownership of budget execution. 
• Develop strong client relationships and ensure they are kept informed about the work in progress.
• Create strategy and content decks for campaigns and new business briefs to drive customer satisfaction and revenue-driven initiatives.
• Clearly communicate project goals and objectives to direct reports to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Collaborate with production, creative, and influencer teams.
• Mentor and guide the Account Executive, reviewing their reports for accuracy and providing strategic insights on campaign performance metrics before sharing with clients.
