key responsibilities
Your Role:
- Oversee implementation projects and system upgrades, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central & Payroll).
- Design and execute internal testing for new releases and customizations, ensuring the smooth and stable operation of the systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating communication with external consultants, technical teams, and partners.
- Participate in international workgroups aimed at automating workflows and preventing errors in payroll processes.
qualifications
Your Profile:
- University Degree (BSc/MSc) in IT, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in roles related to payroll and HR systems.
- Proven track record in a SAP environment, ideally with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central).
- Strong knowledge of reporting tools.
- Excellent command of the English language.
