As a Sales Representative you will:

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across the local Accessories, Hand Tools, and PPE markets in alignment with regional business plans
• Oversee and manage commercial operations and customer accounts
• Maintain strong, long-term partnerships with existing clients and dealers to ensure sustained growth and customer satisfaction
• Conduct live, technical product demonstrations and field presentations to showcase product performance and key differentiators
• Collaborate with the internal Marketing department to implement impactful point-of-sale merchandising and trade execution at partner sites
• Educate and train external stakeholders, distributor sales teams, and end-users to a high level of product mastery
• Provide ongoing technical assistance to business partners while continuously monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer needs

The ideal candidate for the Sales Representative position is a professional with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing or Business Administration
• A proven track record in client-facing roles
• Proficient in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM software
• Good communicative level of English (written & spoken)
• Willingness to travel away from home across the region as required (including occasional pre-agreed weekend events)

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional planning, analytical, and time-management skills to manage a cross-border territory efficiently

• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
