The responsibilities of this Sales Engineer role are: 

• Identify and approach engineering firms, industrial contractors, and end-users (Food & Bev, Pharma, Marine).
• Manage the full sales cycle for Industrial Refrigeration systems (Ammonia/NH3), Screw Compressors, and Industrial Heat Pumps.
• Handle inquiries for spare parts and coordinate with the internal Service Department to ensure 360° client support.
• Open new accounts in the Greek, Cypriot, and Maltese markets
• Deliver on sales targets and provide market feedback directly to the Sales Manager.
• Actively participating in the company's strategy planning

The qualifications of this Sales Engineer role are: 

• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in Industrial Refrigeration or industrial sales
• Deep understanding of Ammonia (NH3) systems, screw compressors, and ideally, Industrial Heat Pumps.
• Willingness to travel mainly in Northern Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.
• Excellent command of English language
