As a Sales Director in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B or B2C environment
• Experience building, leading, and scaling successful sales teams
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools, sales forecasting
• Availability for travelling

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• High level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
