key responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with visitors in a friendly and professional manner to determine their needs and preferences.
- Providing accurate information about products or services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Actively listening to visitor concerns and address any questions or issues promptly and effectively.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by management.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Participating in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Sales Advisor position will be expected to possess the following:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or promotions.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is advantageous.
