As a Sales Administrator, you will be the primary link for onboarding new businesses into our ecosystem:

• Onboarding & Management: Handle new merchant applications and process modifications for existing accounts within our systems.
• Systems Mastery: Navigate and utilize advanced digital tools daily to log and track various requests.
• Service Excellence: Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Request Tracking: Maintain accurate records and monitor the status of all merchant-related tasks.
