key responsibilities
For the role of Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end process of public sector tenders (ESHDIS, CosmoONE, iSupplies, etc.).
- Preparing and submitting complete offer files for public and private sector projects.
- Communicating effectively with customers and suppliers to facilitate sales support.
- Collecting and updating necessary documentation in collaboration with internal departments.
- Monitoring tender developments and ensuring timely participation in new opportunities.
- Organizing and maintaining a structured archive of all company offers.
- Supporting procedures related to Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485).
qualifications
For the role of Sales Support Specialist, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree (AEI/TEI) in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in public sector tender management will be an asset
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Entersoft.
- Experience in the medical devices or healthcare sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with data entry and online bidding platforms.
