For the role of Route to Market Expert, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining a network of contacts between potential buyers and electricity market players to generate deal opportunities.
• Managing the structuring, formalization, and negotiation of commercial contracts relating to renewable assets (utility-scale photovoltaic, wind, and storage plants).
• Providing expert commercial support to M&A workstreams by analyzing route-to-market mechanisms (PPAs, CfDs) and pipeline/plant storage agreements, highlighting key risks and upside opportunities.
• Overseeing the day-to-day commercial management and strategic renegotiation of power market and storage agreements, aligning with cross-functional stakeholders to protect contract value.
• Monitoring the development of market regulations, energy policies, and incentive schemes.
• Coordinating preparatory activities for the participation of Plenitude renewable energy plants in competitive processes for the allocation of incentive mechanisms, and managing the overall participation process.

For the role of Route to Market Expert, you will need:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Prior professional experience in a Route-to-Market, Energy Trading, or Commercial Origination role.
• Strong command of energy market structures (PPAs, CfDs, ancillary services) and contract lifecycle management.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with M&A, legal, and operational units on commercial issues and negotiations.
• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• 5+ years of experience in renewable PPA structuring and route-to-market strategies.
