• Participates in the implementation of policies, procedures and processes in relation to newregulatory and Bank of China Group requirements.
• Review policies / procedures / legal documents/forms / training materials as necessary.
• Implement related data protection rules.
• Participates in the preparation of the systemic bi-annual reports to regulatory bodies asappropriate.
• Conducts monthly review of the legal and regulatory framework and prepares monthlyreporting.
• Supports ad-hoc issues occurred by Parent Bank in Luxembourg and Head Office.
• Handling of Authorities’ and Regulators’ requests and prepares answers wherever necessary.
• Prepares Internal Reporting to Parent Bank / HO (on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis).
• Participates to relevant Compliance/AML trainings.
• Proceeds with the parametrization, maintenance and update of Compliance/AML systems.
• Involvement in KYC/CDD reviews and assessment processes.
• Provides support to Head of Risk & Compliance Department in Compliance/AML matterswherever required.
• Based on the Branch's current business model and in accordance with the requirements ofthe Parent Bank, participates in risk management and internal control functions wherever noconflict of interest arises.
• Coordinates and liaises with internal and external auditors, follows up audit findings andsupports the implementation of corrective actions.
• Helps to carry out AML controls as per internal established program through bank’s systemsand complete related automated questionnaires.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.Related certificates to Compliance and/or AML shall be considered as additionalqualification.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Compliance, AML/CFT managementrole within banking sector.Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, obligations and regulatory obligations inGreece.Educational background or professional experience in Law or legal affairs will be consideredan advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken Greek andEnglish, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Acts as a substitute for the Head of Department when required.
