The selected individual for the R&D Manager position will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinate and oversee all Research & Development activities for new product development.
• Manage technology transfer projects between internal and external manufacturing sites.
• Design and evaluate formulation and process optimization studies.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Regulatory Affairs departments for dossier preparation (CTD).
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ICH, and EU regulatory standards.
• Train and develop R&D team members.

The ideal candidate for the R&D Manager position will be an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical sector with the desire to grow in a dynamic organization and must have:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field (MSc/PhD preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D.
• Excellent knowledge of GMP and ICH guidelines.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Experience in scale-u
