This QA Validation Officer will be responsible for the following: 

• Support qualification and validation activities for equipment, utilities, facilities, cleanrooms, and computerized systems.
• Review and approve validation documentation, including risk assessments, protocols, and reports.
• Participate in process validation, cleaning validation, and continued process verification activities.
• Manage deviations, non-conformances, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Conduct quality risk assessments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as QA representative in engineering projects, facility modifications, and new product introductions.
• Support internal audits, supplier audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits.
• Monitor quality metrics and contribute to maintaining a strong quality culture across the site

The perfect candidate for the QA Validation Officer position will need to acquire the following: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Qualification, Validation, or Quality Systems.
• Knowledge of EU GMP requirements, Annex 1, Annex 15, Change Control, CAPA, and Risk Management principles.
• Experience in sterile manufacturing and injectable products will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

 2-5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
