The main responsibilities for the QA Operations Supervisor will be the following: 

• Supervises and coordinates daily QA Operations activities to ensure compliance withGMP requirements and internal quality standards.
• Leads and supervises QA Operations personnel, ensuring proper workloaddistribution, training, and compliance with company procedures.
• Reviews and approves batch manufacturing and packaging records, validationprotocols, deviation reports, change controls, CAPAs and other quality-relateddocumentation.
• Oversees batch record review activities and ensures timely product dispositionaccording to approved procedures.
• Participates in investigations related to deviations, complaints, out-of-specificationresults, and quality incidents, ensuring proper root cause analysis and implementationof corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinates Product Quality Reviews (PQR) preparation and QA operational reportsto support continuous product quality monitoring.Supports and supervises process validation, cleaning validation and otherqualification activities according to the annual validation plan.
• Participates in internal audits, supplier audits, customer audits and regulatoryinspections, ensuring readiness and compliance with regulatory expectations.
• Monitors quality systems performance indicators and identifies opportunities forprocess optimization and continuous improvement.
• Reviews, issues and maintains quality procedures, manufacturing instructions andcontrolled documentation related to QA Operations activities.
• Coordinates cross-functional communication with Production, QC, Regulatory Affairsand external customers/partners regarding quality-related activities.
• Supports new product introduction activities and transfer projects from a QualityAssurance perspective.

The overall qualifications for the QA Operations Supervisor position include: 

• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or otherrelevant scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceuticalindustry.
• Strong knowledge of EU GMP requirements and pharmaceutical quality systems.Experience in deviation handling, CAPA management, change controls, validationactivities and batch record review.
• Excellent Greek and English oral communication and scientific writing skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and technicaldocumentation management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability tomanage multiple priorities in a fast-paced GMP environment.
• Results-oriented professional with strong teamwork and communication abilities, bothinternally and externally.
