The responsibilities of the Project Planner will be to:

• Elaborate and update the detailed project schedule at all stages of implementation.
• Identify the critical path and key project milestones.
• Monitor the progress of construction work in relation to the approved schedule.
• Collect, process and evaluate progress data from the construction site, subcontractors and project teams.
• Analyze delays, deviations and potential risks affecting the schedule.
• Introduce corrective actions and recovery plans to achieve time targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, schedule performance and completion forecasts.
• Collaborate with Project Management to plan resources, supplies and critical activities.
• Ensure that full documentation of schedule revisions and releases is maintained.
• Participate in coordination meetings and present project progress status.

The ideal Project Planner will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other related technical specialty.
• Experience in planning and monitoring construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Good knowledge of CPM (Critical Path Method) methodologies and progress control techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and write technical reports.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
