The responsibilities of this Product Manager (Cathodic Protection) role include:

• Assume full ownership of the Cathodic Protection range, defining the product roadmap and identifying new opportunities for materials, sizes, and configurations.
• Drive sales performance and revenue growth across a global customer base while defining pricing strategies that ensure sustainable margins.
• Conduct continuous research on emerging CP technologies and competitor movements to provide actionable insights to executive management.
• Build and negotiate with an international network of suppliers and partners to ensure supply chain stability and technical excellence.
• Monitor raw material fluctuations and implement mitigation strategies to protect product profitability.
• Act as the technical and commercial bridge between Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams.

The qualifications of this Product Manager (Cathodic Protection) role are:

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Sales within the Marine or Industrial sectors.
• Proven familiarity with Cathodic Protection systems (anodes, ICCP, etc.) and their applications.
• University degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Marine), Metallurgy, or a related field. An MBA or commercial postgraduate degree is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of raw material markets and their impact on manufacturing costs. 
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Entersoft, or Soft1).
• Exceptional command of English and Greek

• Ability to treat a product line as a business unit and take calculated risks.
• Proven ability to manage international suppliers and secure favorable commercial terms.
• Strong capability in monitoring KPIs, sales data, and raw material trends.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Sales within the Marine
