As a Product Development Supervisor in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise and guide the Product Development team in the creation, implementation and continuous improvement of pricing strategies for both new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business goals, competitiveness, and profitability.
• Drive market intelligence efforts through comprehensive research and analysis of trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Monitor and evaluate competitor activity, including product launches, pricing structures, and promotional tactics, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee customer behavior analytics and data-driven segmentation to identify emerging needs and high-value opportunities.
• Champion innovation by identifying unmet customer needs and leading the team through ideation and concept development for new products or enhancements.
• Review and validate detailed market reports, including industry benchmarks, forecasts and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with key internal stakeholders (Sales, Billing, Operations, Marketing) to ensure cohesive and successful product delivery and launch.
• Lead and manage Go-To-Market strategies and ensure efficient, timely execution of product rollouts with defined KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to product development lifecycle standards, including robust processes, quality control, and risk mitigation protocols.
• Mentor, coach, and develop product team members, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture
• Participate in the company’s trainings

The ideal candidate for the position of Product Development Supervisor will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Master’s degree will be considered a strong asset
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Power BI, data analytics tools, and data warehouse environments will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of English (oral and written)
