    The responsibilities of the Procurement Specialist include:

    • Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, and indirect supplies to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
    • Manage contracts.
    • Monitor market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend strategies for sourcing optimization.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and sustainability requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with production, planning, and quality teams to align purchasing with operational needs.
    • Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.

  • qualifications

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related technical field.
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

    • Results driven and solutions-oriented approach
    • Highly communicative
    • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
    • Team player and solid interpersonal skills
    • Ability to exercise independent judgment & manage competing priorities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Greek & English language

    • 1-3 years of experience in similar technical field
