key responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Procurement Coordinator
- Coordinate procurement activities in line with production needs and company policies
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the production and logistics teams
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize procurement efficiency
- Support compliance with quality standards and sustainability initiatives
qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

- 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably within manufacturing or packagin
